You can track your purchase from the email sent with your order tracking information. If you haven’t received an email and it’s past 5 days of you placing your order, please reach out to us via email hello@trindee.com

Some of our items are exclusive and won’t be returning, while others will return based on demand and season. We highly recommend staying posted on items return via our Instagram and trindee.com.

Our team can be best reached via email at hello@trindee.com. We typically respond to emails within 24hrs, however it can take a total of 48 hours when busy. You can expect a reply during the hours of 8:30am-5:30pm PST.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. In the case of an emergency or accidental order, please reach out to hello@trindee.com and one of our team members will do their best to reconcile your need.

If an item is still in stock in your desired size we’d be happy to exchange it for you. Please visit our Return Policy page for information on exchanges.
